Dana Adams is an industry expert with more than 15 years of successful experience in project/product management, service improvement, finance/accounting, vendor relations and business development. He has a proven ability to foster relationships with C-Suite and senior executives for operations, finance and home building opportunities.
While serving as the COO/CFO at Rotag Services, he is responsible for overseeing the transition to being a Tier 1 Supplier/Vendor to one of the top 3 car manufacturers in the United States. While developing client relationships at both the executive and business sponsor level. He is responsible for taking an enterprise and holistic view of global clients to explore synergies and alignment to the client’s business needs.
Prior to joining Rotag Services, Dana’s list of businesses is truly diverse. One major project he has headed up is the overhaul of the iconic Corona Del Mar neighborhood in Newport Beach, California. As partner, Dana’s portfolio of high-end single family residential projects includes several 15M+ projects. While staying true to his diverse background, he worked hand in hand with all phases of the process. From capital raise, to design, to construction, ending with the sale.
Prior to these roles, Dana held multiple positions within the banking and mortgage industry with an emphasis on finance. His tenure included roles in underwriting, marketing, and sales. In addition, he held a leadership role as one of the multicultural, diversity and inclusion leaders.
